Bradley Thompson-Moreland, CADC-II

Counselor & Case Manager

Bradley Thompson-Moreland is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-II) who approaches each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect for their unique path. With years of experience in residential and outpatient treatment settings, he offers a grounded, trauma-informed perspective that balances clinical insight with real-world practicality.

Bradley is dedicated to meeting individuals where they are, building trust through collaboration, and helping each person find a recovery pathway that aligns with their values and lived experience. Whether clients connect most with 12-step programs, Refuge Recovery, Celebrate Recovery, or other spiritual or non-spiritual frameworks, Bradley supports them in exploring what works—always with an emphasis on authenticity, accountability, and self-discovery. He believes that recovery is not just about stopping a behavior but about building a full, balanced, and meaningful life. Bradley integrates strong case management with therapeutic support to help clients navigate the conditions of their lives—addressing barriers, strengthening life skills, and developing the tools to maintain lasting change. His approach empowers individuals to not only achieve sobriety, but to grow into their full potential with dignity, purpose, and a renewed sense of self.

Stephen Verduzco

Program Director

Stephen Verduzco brings over a decade of experience in the behavioral health and substance use treatment field, offering compassionate and effective care to a wide range of populations. A former “hot shot” wildland firefighter, Stephen is no stranger to high-intensity, high-stakes environments—an experience that helped shape his deep commitment to service and resilience.

Since transitioning into the treatment field, Stephen has been instrumental in establishing and developing several local programs from the ground up. His work spans residential and outpatient care, and he has provided specialized support to clients involved in the parole system, as well as veterans, first responders, and other high-risk communities. His unique blend of lived experience, clinical insight, and leadership makes him a steady and grounded presence for both clients and staff alike.

Stephen is also a proud father of two and brings the same dedication to his family life that he brings to his professional mission: creating safe, empowering spaces for healing and transformation.

Jehan Feal, LVN

Lead Nurse

Jehan Feal is a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with years of experience managing medical care in both small, community-based programs and large treatment facilities. She brings a steady, compassionate presence to the clinical setting and believes that effective medical care in recovery begins with respect, empathy, and a commitment to honoring each individual’s voice.

Jehan is especially skilled in supporting clients through the detox process, using medication-assisted protocols when appropriate and always ensuring that safety and comfort come first. She recognizes that each person brings a unique history to treatment, and she approaches medical care with a deep awareness of the interconnectedness of physical and mental health needs.

Her philosophy emphasizes gentle, thorough, and collaborative care—balancing clinical excellence with a sincere dedication to helping clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. Jehan believes that while medical staff are tasked with keeping clients safe, they are also responsible for creating space where individuals can express their needs and begin to heal with dignity.

As a mother of three boys, Jehan often draws from the same well of patience, compassion, and intuition in her professional life that she brings to her role as a parent. Her nurturing approach, combined with her extensive nursing experience, makes her an invaluable presence for clients navigating the earliest and often most vulnerable stages of recovery.
