Drug Detox

Drug detoxification is the first and most important step in recovery. Our drug detox program in Manhattan Beach follows a three-step approach. First, staff will perform a comprehensive evaluation of the substances being abused, measure the concentration of these substances, and perform a thorough screening for any co-occurring mental and physical conditions that may hinder the recovery process.

Secondly, treatment staff will assist the client through withdrawal and to a state where the addict is substance-free and in a physically and psychologically stable state. This is accomplished through medication-assisted therapy, nutrition therapy, and other interventions. Once physically and mentally sound, treatment staff will prepare the patient to enter intensive drug treatment. Residential Treatment 

Our residential treatment program in Manhattan Beach fuses both conventional and cutting-edge therapies and programs that allow you or your loved one to get the specialized treatment they need to recover. Residential (or inpatient) treatment programs allow you to reside in the treatment facility itself. Within this supportive environment, you will have the space to work on your recovery away from temptations and distractions of the outside world. Dual Diagnosis

Dual diagnosis (also known as co-occurring disorders) is a complex condition that can be exceedingly difficult to treat.
